Founded by Robbins in 2007, R E R SOLUTIONS provides superior third-party Construction, Project, and Fractional Facility Management services to help businesses save money on real estate projects, processes and operations. Robbins leverages 33+ years of industry expertise and attention to detail into an array of specialized services that deliver practical solutions focused on well-managed construction and real estate related projects, improved facility efficiency, operational cost savings and environmental stewardship.

During her 24-year career as a commercial tenant rep and project manager, Robbins developed facility and site selection strategies and synergized transactional, design, and construction activities on a local and national basis for businesses ranging from entrepreneurial enterprises to Fortune 100 companies. Today, her loyal clients include several global tech companies, commercial real estate investors and a wide range of local businesses.

Robbins is a LEED® Accredited Professional and a licensed Texas real estate Broker. She also instructs third-party Construction Management classes and speaks on related issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. She co-authored the Green Office Guide, a nationally released USGBC real estate handbook. She also co-authored Journey To Grace, as a Co Founder of Graces, Inc., a Christian outreach tailored to executive women.

Robbins founded World War Art, LLC in 2011, which sells Limited Edition Giclée prints of her father’s artwork featuring WWII-era military aircraft. A native Dallasite, Eugenia is married to Bob Robbins, President of Banner Commercial. They reside in Dallas, TX with their dog, Ollie, and attend Stonebriar Community Church.

Thank you for choosing to support the White Rock Lake Foundation and the preservation of our community treasure by attending the Environmental Awareness Dinner. We look forward to thanking you in person on April 19 at the Lakewood Country Club.


The White Rock Lake Foundation was formed in 1985 and has been instrumental in improving White Rock Lake. The Foundation works closely, effectively, and cooperatively with the Dallas Parks & Recreation Department (DPARD). We assist DPARD in long-term planning and design, and spearhead private fundraising efforts.
Fundraising continues to be critical to the goals, safety, and improvements at White Rock Lake and is responsible for amenities at the park such as signage, benches, landscaping, and other important and desirable improvements.
